Recruitment Shared Services
Our Philosophy for relationships with recommended providers
Partnership GlaxoSmithKline seeks relationships with recruitment and staffing firms with a view to meet GSK's talent needs when required. We want these firms to be a true extension of GSK's Internal Recruitment Shared Services. Since only a small percentage of our candidates hired externally are sourced through recruitment and staffing firms, our limited needs are best met by a select group of partners that qualify for our Recommended Provider List (RPL).

Representing GSK and Supplier Performance Management
GSK Seeks recruitment and staffing firms that represent GSK appropriately to all candidates. We expect our recommended providers to practice the utmost candidate care to win the hearts and minds of all candidates who are considered for employment at GSK. GSK will share our best practices in candidate care with all recommended providers to ensure understanding of our expectations. We will also be evaluating the performance through surveys of candidates presented to GSK, feedback from internal recruiters and by tracking key metrics through our applicant tracking system and processes. If a recommended provider fails to represent GSK appropriately to candidates or meet the performance metrics that we require, they will be targeted for removal from the RPL.
